Nicki Minaj is speaking out on her fake marriage to fellow Young Money rapper Drake.

As previously reported, Drizzy caused a stir in August when he announced on Twitter that he’d wed the Harajuku Barbie saying,

“Please refer to @nickiminaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and dont stare at her too long. She’s finally mine.”

Nicki and Drake quickly took back the claims however and told fans that they made the decision to have their union annulled.

Now speaking on their “marriage”, Nick told Hot 107.9’s DJ Drama that they decided to do it as payback for the fake stories that are published on them on a daily.

“Yes, we were just being crazy and I think we were a little bit bored…we were just being mischievous. I said every day I see things written about me that aren’t’ true and I kind of wanted to give the blogs a little bit of payback.”

She also told Drama that she although her marriage to Drizzy is over she still “doesn’t date boys.”

“You know I’m always single and I don‘t date boys…I don’t like boys…I think boys are yucky and that’s it…”

Nicki Minaj was in Atlanta this weekend for Black gay pride and made several appearances at various clubs including Traxx, The Georgia Freight Depot and Primetime 2.0.

Nicki Minaj is speaking out on her recent comparisons to Lauryn Hill, saying that she completely agrees with those who’ve said she’s “just as talented” as the Former Fugee.

The most recent to compare the two is Irv Gotti, the former head of Murder Inc. that said the femcees’ talents are similar because they can both “do it all” with their singing and rapping careers.

Now Nicki is agreeing with Irv and says that her association with the female lyricist is valid despite what people may think.

She tells CNN that once fans get a taste of her new album, they’ll see exactly what he meant,

“Irv has been privy to hear things that I’ve done that the world hasn’t heard. Based on the music I have out now, that sounds like an absurd comment, but when ‘Pink Friday’ comes out, you will completely understand why Irv made that comparison.”

Nicki also went on to deny reports of dating Diddy—who is not her manager, after the two were pictured holding hands.

“You know how you look at your older brother? That’s how I look at Diddy…When people say that, it makes me gag. He’s my friend, and he’s sweet and he’s a great guy, but I could never see him that way.”

Giving more insight on the project, Nicki stated,

“The album is much more emotional than you anticipate, which is a great thing. And I know women are gonna connect to the album so much. I felt like for so many years I was the girl who did the catchy little raps, and it’s time for me now to tell my story, and in telling my story, I’m really telling every girl’s story. We all go through the same thing. So the album is gonna feel very personal to every female.”

The world has yet to see the best of Nicki Minaj. What she’s delivering to the world now is basically what they want. But I know that she’s a super talented superstar who can do anything at a high level—rap, sing, act, whatever she wants to do. This is just the beginning of Nicki Minaj. Her best is yet to come. In my opinion she is as talented as my other girl Lauryn Hill. They have completely different styles. But as far as the talent is concerned they both can do it all. Nicki just isn’t showing it yet ’cause she doesn’t want to. But world be prepared ’cause she’s the truth!

Famed video vixen and up and coming rapper Gloria Velez is taking more shots at Nicki Minaj.

As previously reported Velez called Minaj a “gimmick” and threatened to “smack her out of her light green wig” in a freestyle over Young Money’s “Roger That.”

Now the vixen is back to airing out her grievances with the Barbie again, this time for faking her sexual orientation.

In an interview with Major Moves DVD, Velez says that Minaj is only telling people that she’s bisexual to “Be Like Lady Gaga.”

She offers advice to Nicki saying that she should just “just be herself” and denounces her rap style because it “sounds like she has tourette’s syndrome.”

“I think she should be her. It’s okay to be a little costume-ish on stage but let people see who you really are. You’re trying to be like Lady Gaga a little bit. You’re trying to pretend that you like women but you really d*ck. Just be you….I honestly don’t like her music but to each his own. She sounds like she has tourette’s….I’m from the era of Fox and Kim. So when I hear that…to me it’s just noise.”

Velez also extended her shots to include Remy Ma.

According to her, Remy is “irrelevant” and at one point told Funkmaster Flex that she wanted to fight her.

“She [Remy Ma] told Funk Flex she didn’t like me. I mean come on how do you just not like somebody and want to fight them? Alright then we can do it, let’s pop it off, alright b*tch. A lot of the females wouldn’t say anything to her but ‘ll be damed if I’ll be afraid of anybody.”

Bobby V has been hiding under a rock for a minute but has finally decided to come up for air. He recently sat down with Vibe.com to discuss what type of woman he would think about “Putting a Ring On It.”

Bobby V says he can’t get down with a chick that has been around…
I guess growing up, it’s not really ladylike for a woman to sleep with a lot of men. But as far as a man it’s almost like you’re looked at as a player or fathers kind of look at you like, that’s my boy! Versus a woman shes looked at like a whore if shes had a lot of partners like that. It’s just a double standard. Any woman that I’m really feeling for real for real, I need to know what she’s been doing before I really put all my juices and berries into her as far as the relationship.

Now, if I’m just having sex with her then it doesn’t really matter because it’s just a sexual thing. But as far as being in a real relationship with a woman and she’s had a lot of partners, I really can’t feel good about that because I wouldn’t really want to take her anywhere and everybody in the club up in there hit my girl. That’s not a good look.

A high number for a woman depends on how old she is. The older she get of course your numbers are gonna go up. A woman that’s say 25 years old, if she’s had like 20 or 25 that’s a lot. That’s real high.

Super producer and Alicia Keys fiancé Swizz Beatz recently sat down to discuss his collaboration with Mary J. Blige for the track “It’s You”.

In an interview with MTV.com, Swizz explains that the track, which is scheduled to appear on Mary’s upcoming album, will feature a softer side of the veteran producer that many aren’t used to seeing.

“The joint I got with Mary [J. Blige] is called “It’s You”,” Swizz said. “It’s crazy, like it’s a really dope track. The good thing is it’s not a bunch of yelling on the hook, it’s something that you can really dedicate to that special someone.”

In addition to discussing is work with MJB, Swizz also touches on collaborating with his future wifey Alicia Keys.

“When AK and I get in the both, it’s like collaborating with a musical genius,” Swizz continued. “A lot of projects we do is not planned, it just happens and the track we have with John Legend, is just stupid. Trust me it’s dope.”

As if working with two R&B greats aren’t enough, Swizz is also working with Young Money princess Nicki Minaj on her upcoming album.

“The Nicki and Swizz Beatz collabo, it’s a problem,” Swizz said. “The thing I like about Nicki is that she is a student and she is teachable, so I value her input because I know she makes sound decisions.”

Swizz also dropped the bomb that he is switching up his signature style by no longer singing on the hooks of the tracks he produces.

“I’m not trying to be on every chorus like that anymore,” Swizz revealed. “It’s fun selective choruses that I like to be on, but I need that authentic club feel to jump on it and the new stuff I’m on is a more laid back feel.”
